I WANT TO MAKE A GROUP

The title says it all, but I have no idea what to make one of... well, actually i have a lot of ideas but none are any good.

I don't want to make another Pokemon group, it will get lost in the sea of Pokemon groups out there... but i really like Pokemon

PLUS let's say my group gets popular and things start picking up I'm gonna need more people to help me run it... right now i know of no one who can help.

I was thinking of making a group where i can hold some sort of contest and the winnner wins a year subscription to DA.. but again, I have no idea what kind of competition I should hold for the group ....

does anyoone out there have an idea? Who knows, maybe you and i can collab on this group and make things happen....

ps. I'm not against opening a Pokemon group, I just want something that would make it stand out from the 10000000000000000's of Pokegroups out there.
